I can’t log in. What should I do? ▾
Ensure you’re using your registered MITS email. If the page seems stuck, refresh it and try again. If it still fails, contact admin at [email protected].
Where do I upload my department files? ▾
Go to Dashboard → navigate to your department folder. If your profile is missing department access, please contact the admin.
How do I share a file or folder? ▾
Open the item in Dashboard and use the Share option to generate a link with optional password protection and expiry.
Why can’t I see my active session or department? ▾
Your profile may not be fully configured. If issues persist after refresh, contact admin.
Supported file types and size limits? ▾
Supported extensions include:
docx
jpg
mp4
pdf
png
pptx
xlsx
zip
.
If your file is blocked, ask admin to enable the extension.
Who can make files or folders public? ▾
Only users marked as Faculty have permission to create public links for files or folders. If you need public access and don’t see the option, please contact the admin.
Does drag-and-drop work for folders? ▾
Drag and drop is available for files only. Folder drag-and-drop is not supported.
